He expressed the beneficiaries of the subsidized cheap food program consisted of Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) holders, Jakarta Elderly Cards (KLJ), PJLPs, persons with disabilities and dasawisma.

In this program, premium quality rice commodities cost Rp 30,000 per five kilograms, beef Rp 35,000 per kilogram, chicken meat Rp 8,000 per kilogram, mackerel fish Rp 13,000 per kilogram.

"There are also chicken eggs Rp 10,000 per tray and UHT milk Rp 30,000 per carton containing 24 packs," she explained.

Ninda (30), a resident of RT 07/01, Serdang was happy to receive the benefits of subsidized cheap food for Farel Sabian (9), her son who holds KJP.

"I took a package of six items at a price of Rp 126,000. The six items consist of rice, chicken, beef, eggs, mackerel, and milk," she admitted.

According to her, the cheap food program was very helpful for her family's expenses. Because the commodities sold in this program were much cheaper than the market price.

“With Rp 126,000, I got all of it," she added.

She hoped that he said the quota for recipients of cheap food could be increased so that more people would take advantage of it.

"I hope I have a quota of 450 plus more," he hoped.
